A few flurries??

That's what the weather person said that we should get this morning... a few flurries, but nothing sticking. She obviously wasn't talking about our hill in Black Diamond where we had enough snow to make snowmen and have snowball fights. It's been snowing most of the day, but not sticking anymore than a few inches. It has made a fun time for the girls, even though I hadn't gotten their snow box out yet and they went out in jeans, rain boots, and soft gloves. They were pretty much soaked by the end.

Hailey was only out for a little bit
before she was hanging out by the fire.
Smart girl.
Symantha and Addi were out making a
snowman....
until Addi ate the carrot for the nose
and knocked the head off of Symantha's
snowman.
This did not go over well, of course.
I also had a hard time convincing them not to
eat the snow. Ick.
So, it was definitely time for some hot cocoa!

One more winter up on this mountain,
and it looks like it is going to be a rough one.
Hoping to not be stuck up here too often!

I love the mouthfuls of snow picture! (Chad and I let the boys eat snow last year, we even made root beer slushies with them. I know...we're disgusting. We did make sure the snow was clean first!)

I love that Addi ate the snowman's nose. That is awesome.
